Kachadorian Manufactured Home Community is located just south of our Salem Manufactured Homes main office in Salem NH.  Salem is a vibrant, bustling community that is just a half hour from the beach or Boston and just a couple of hours from New Hampshire’s Lakes Region and White Mountains.

New Hampshire has no sales or income tax, making it a wonderful place to live. Every possible amenity is available within minutes of home, dining, shopping, recreation, workout facilities.

This park is on NH Route 28 and just a mile from I-93 and 20 minutes from the Massachusetts Rt. 128 “Technology Corridor.”  Head north on I-93 and in just an hour you’ll find yourself in the famed Lakes Region and another 60 minutes beyond that are New Hampshire’s White Mountains with year ’round hiking, skiing and a host of other recreation options. Head east and you’ll be at Hampton, Seabrook and Salisbury beaches. Summer fun, pizza and amusements always abound at the beach!
